Terms and conditions

Those who are registering for sleeping in the main building will need to have their registrations confirmed personally, due to limited space. Registrants will receive a personal confirmation email within a few days of requesting a bed. If a bed is not available, a full refund will be issued.

Refunds of 50% may be issued up to one month before the event, after which point all registrations are final.
